earpain

Anyone else experience ear pain after a panic attack or other period of intense anxiety? I'm coming off of a panic attack and my ears hurt like hell, like they've been exposed to an hour of super loud sounds or like I'm coming off a pressure change in an airplane. Not sure if it's a part of it, but I have extremely high auditory sensitivity as well.

Strange occurrence, I started a multivitamin and got migraines. I stopped them and the migraine faded over days. anyone else experience this?
The migraines have changed over time. I used to get facial migraines which mimicked sinus infections and I would smell smoke. now they are more “classic” symptom migraines.
