You figured it out?#Disabled #Addiction #Grandchildren
My granddaughter and I were playing Barbies with clothes, Barbie house, and Barbie pool.
CNN was on TV, talking about the strait and who should control it, etc.
After about 30 minutes, after our dolls went to their pool, she came over and curled up in my lap.
"Do you know what I think, Nanny?,"she asked. I said I didnt know.
She said, "Nanny, if grownups learned to share their toys, we wouldn't have so many wars."
Wow. So I said that she shares very well. And always do it, even when you're grown up. Maybe others will too. And maybe no more wars.
"OK Nanny. I think the Barbies want to swim again". So she climbed out and our Barbies got into their pool!
Sometimes, she says unusual things to me.
Maybe we should listen to our children and grandchildren more.
They're our future.
And they want to be heard.
