Does anyone have any suggestions for how to deal with chronic low back pain?
I’ve tried heating pads and they work for a little. CBD lotion unfortunately doesn’t work anymore for me. Also, I work at a chiropractor’s office & while they’re amazing chiropractors, unfortunately I can’t be adjusted anymore because my inflammation flared afterwards.
Any suggestions are appreciated!! Thank you☺️
