Scared...Any idea what this is?? Or what could cause it? Please help me!!
So I went to get changed for my shower and happened to be by a mirror and there is this weird mottled bruising all across my lower back and hips, a little more on the hips but it doesnt wrap around to the front. Never noticed it before so no idea how long its been there and Im stalled on getting a diagnosis from all my other symptoms before this showed up. Now Im concerned even more. Is this bad? Any idea what caused it? (My chronic pain and other symptoms have not had any big changes and I didnt fall or injure myself or anything).
Please help!!

Bipolar 1 Treatment
Hi! I’m new here and I’m not positive how this exactly works and what to say or what not to say... but I’m hoping maybe to get some advice and even just hear how other people with bipolar 1 cope with everything.
I was diagnosed about 5 years ago and I’ve struggled with accepting the diagnosis and coming to terms with it. I never really knew a lot about bipolar disorder until recently and in the past I’ve had trouble staying on meds and going to counseling and really following through with any treatment. I have a child now and I’m really wanting to find a treatment plan or anything that will help me be there for my baby. I currently only see my primary care doctor who prescribes my medicine, but she only gives me an antidepressant and although I take that my manic episodes are still persistent. Can anyone offer some advice on what to do to get myself on the right path? And if there are any parents out there, maybe some advice on how you handle parenting and bipolar disorder? Any feedback would be appreciated as I’ve basically been doing this alone for 5 years. Haha!
