Tablets

I know this is the sorta thing I’ll be told to go see a professional about, but I’m just here for advice really.
I’ve been on so many medications I’ve lost count noW and after my recent visit to hospital I’m back on Pregabalin. I thought they were helping at first (despite causing side effects) but now they are making my mental health seriously bad.
As my dose had been increased, so has the “trippy” feeling and the scary thoughts in my head. I’m in a downward spiral at the moment and I don’t know whether it’s the tablets or it’s my current situation.... probably both!
Should I stop?
