Chronic illness and no spoons left to give? That's me today. Husband is doing all of the work while I struggle with highs and lows. I'm too tired to even shower. Family arriving in 2 hours. I know I could just be grateful that I have all of these loved ones around me but I'm wallowing right now. I've been nauseous all week and tired, no exhausted.
