Question for anyone who has taken Zolpidem for insomnia. I've had it every night for 2 years and have found it very helpful except for feeling a bit groggy in the day. But now my body feels kind of numb when I take it and I can only sleep for 1 or 2 hours at a time when before I would sleep 8 hours straight. Just any experience or advice? Thanks #zolpidem
