Ugh, how do people deal with the pain, lesions, and blisters of autoimmune disorders. I was unofficially diagnosed about a month ago. I go for my 2nd biopsy on the 22nd to see which disorder I have. The dermatologist gave me ointment and antibiotics to help, but they didn't do anything for me. A few seem to be going away, but more are popping up on my legs and a couple tiny ones in my mouth. The pain is horrible. I've been using fragrance and dye free products for a while now, and everything I read about what foods I can and can't have seems to be contradicting. I just want the lesions and blisters to go away. 😖

I want to share a piece of my heart with you all. 💙

My mom has been living with type 2 diabetes, and watching her struggle through daily challenges has been tough. The frustration of navigating complex medical information without clear guidance has made her journey even harder. This is why I felt compelled to create ClearHealth.

ClearHealth features an AI Health Coach that gives personalized advice and daily habits tailored to individual health needs. My hope is to empower others like my mom to take control of their health.

If you know someone who might benefit, I invite you to check it out: clearhealthreport.com#ChronicPain

This is not the best photo, but I've been dealing with this rash and lesions/rash on the rest of my body for almost 2 months now. I went to urgent care when I first got it, and they diagnosed it as contact dermatitis, and gave me steroids and cortisone cream. My endocrinologist said it wasn't contact dermatitis, but wants me to go to a dermatologist to get it checked out, even though my bloodwork came back that my white blood cell count was elevated even though I asked to have an autoimmune issue ruled out based on my symptoms of the rash and lesions, sensitivity to sunlight, dizziness, nausea, headaches, and one side of my throat sore/painful to a point where I can't even yawn it hurts so much. They don't want to do bloodwork because they said the white blood cell count was only 90 points above normal. Needless to say, I'm in so much pain I'm in tears, and don't know what else to do. 😫

Motivational Monday- Not About Choice, but How We Cope

“Diabetes is not a choice, but how I live with it is.” - Brett Andreas

Diabetes isn't a choice, but how you cope and manage it is completely in your hands. Having a healthy diet, regular exercise, stress management, medication, if needed, and monitoring blood sugar levels can all improve someone's quality of life. The good news is that living with diabetes doesn't have to be a limitation, but rather an opportunity for you to make positive changes for your well-being.

It's important to remember that managing diabetes is a lifelong journey and it's important to take things at your own pace.

Motivational Monday: Braver, Stronger, Smarter

"You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think."
- A.A. Milne

We are capable of more than we realize. It akes courage to make lifestyle changes and manage blood sugar levels, strength to overcome challenges and setbacks, and intelligence to understand and make informed decisions about treatment options.

You might be going through a challenging time managing this condition, but don't count yourself out! Think about what you're doing right so far and what to improve on. Then, focus on making one change at a time.
