? Who’s the “TRUE” Monster?

In my head, there is a defective monster. It uses its powers to sway thoughts into my head that are not my own. It applies confusion as its, formidable weapon, in the form of delusions and hallucinations. This monster tells me when, what, and how much to eat. It also tells me when to hurt myself through the manner of cutting away what is inside me. Not to mention it implores me to avoid in any form “they” see fit. This leads me to not accomplish anything. In return, leading me to feel as though I am going nowhere. I feel stuck because the monster never fully goes away. It uses deceit to keep control. This leads me to deceit; deceit that the monster isn’t ME.

It's broken my soul,

I've had GA since I was 9, I'm about to turn 33 and 3 months ago my GA is spreading faster and to places I've never had it before. Anyone else ever experience this?
