Seeing how my other coworkers do their job it occurred to me that because of my chronic illnesses I am more able to adapt, handle change and accept change. I do this on a daily basis adjusting to my symptoms of the day. I also do things more logically, or streamlined. This is so I don't use more energy then I have to. As taxing and challenging my illnesses are, they have also given me gifts

Personal rant. Of all the symptoms of my illnesses I really really hate the fatigue the most. There is so much housework I need to do like straitening cupboards, drawers and closets and I can't do it!!! My house isn't how I want it to be and I can't make it that way.

My parents, both 77 were telling me how they are spring cleaning. I was trying to explain that I had so much to do, but no energy. Trying to be helpful they said do a little at a time. I work full-time. The basic cleaning and making dinner is about all I can accomplish after work on most days. Reorganizing or spring cleaning is impossible. I try to regular clean one room a day, by the time I'm done with all the rooms, I have go back through the rotation. Explaining chronic fatigue is impossible to people who don't have it.

I got my booster last week and had a reaction. Monday I got some virus and was sick for 2 and a half days. I am behind on all housework. It is frustrating to decide how much I should attempt to do, prioritize, and pace. #hasimotos #Fibromyalgia #chronic migraine #chronic fatigue #Depression

When you have no food in the house because you have not felt well enough to to plan or shop properly. And, the only thing you can possibly make you don't want. Ugh

My fibromyalgia has been heavy for months now. I am on day 3 of a migraine. Thank you weather system. I thought I had enough in my bank account for lunch. But, no a charge came out. I didn't eat breakfast either.
I hate not being able to take care of my own needs to do pain and fatigue. Sometimes I just want someone to take care of me.
....I will not be accepting any requests to chat. I am frustrated with my situation, not desperate. I will not buy into any love bombing you scammers love.....

I have been not feeling well for days now. Just "off". The symptoms are vague and hard to pinpoint. There is no use calling the doctor, I can't really tell her what is wrong. It is so frustrating.

I got my blood work results today. I haven't had my bloodwork done in a fee years, I had a high deductible. I know have better insurance. my TSH is a 34, my T4 is off too. I just started a new job 4 months ago, I haven't missed a day. My house isn't a total disaster. I still have been crocheting. I feel like crap, no doubt about that. Being a stubborn Polish women has it's advantages. 😊.
My armour does has been upped, bloodwork to be repeated I. 4-6 weeks.
