There are people in my life that are manipulative and making up lies about me. They live with me but because of the lies and deception. I don’t trust them. Shame that people are like that. Still hurts but can’t help people that are like that. I just want to get away from the. What should I do? #tired #lies

#Anxiety I just want to make good friends. But even that is a struggle nowadays.

What I've been doing as of late on a REGULAR basis is meditation with my coffee. Using my relaxation and breathing techniques and end with a positive affirmation. It's taken a lot of re-dos and start overs for me to reach this point of remaining consistent.😁

does anyone have any experience of involvement with peer support groups for mental health issues. perhaps a few people have started a group even, or started a friendship group. #making new freinds

For so long now I feel like my life is hopelessly tangled up in knots. So, though it has seemed overwhelming, my first priority is to take baby steps in going about setting manageable and realistic priorities. I have to start somewhere!
