Does anyone else have numerous diagnoses due to neck injury?

I just figured out recently that 1) I have numerous mental and physical illnesses, and 2) they're almost all from one neck injury. I am trying to figure out how I can get to this root issue, the neck/spinal cord injury, to possibly relieve my symptoms. I have been diagnosed or have strong symptoms of all of the tagged diagnoses. Does anyone else have a similar situation?

Does using alcohol to help manage severe pain make me an alcoholic? #ChronicPain #Fibromyalgia #Neckinjury

I don’t crave alcohol or feel like I need it, but when my pain is extremely bad and I don’t have any medications which are effective, more and more I’ve found myself turning to alcohol to dull my pain response and help me care less about being in agony. I don’t feel like I have a problem with alcohol, but I’ve never believed I’ve experienced addiction so maybe I do have a problem?

I’m scared and my neck injury from being rear ended in June doesn’t seem to be healing. I know ligaments are slow to heal but I’ve been flat on my back since the accident & don’t feel like I’m healing at all 😞 #CarAccident

Any suggestions about what I should do next? #PostconcussionSyndrome #Neckinjury #photosensitivity

I’ve been through a lot of appointments in the last 6 plus months since I fell skiing. For the most part they have been very helpful to a point but each therapist I see gets to a dead end where there knowledge and training can’t take me any further. Recently someone suggested seeing an osteopath so I will try that but it takes a while to get into - I’m willing to try pretty much anything if it might help. So it occurred to me that there may be other suggestions out there that I am not aware of - because I had never heard of osteopathy before.
