Hello, I've really been struggling with my anxiety over everything and it's starting to slip into my work. I haven't worked a full day since Friday. Half day Mon, not at all tuesday and another half day again today. I've come to the place where I'm basically willing to try anything, even talking to a shrink. Something I've avoided. I'm ashamed of my depression, embarrassed of my anxiety, and guilt ridden that it affects the ones I love at times. Speaking to a stranger about it just makes it all that more real. Is it worth it?
