Treatment for any condition can be daunting and frustrating. A part of your overall well-being sticking to your treatment plan is essential. Don't leave your treatment plan soley up to anyone you don't trust. Be vocal and express everything that you feel and experience with those who aid in your treatment.
Add to your treatment plan on a personal level by making time for a nice bath with scented Epsom Salt and essential oils. Add candles and your favorite music. Make sure you give yourself a grace period when taking your meds (if applicable) in case you feel sick or not yourself until it kicks in. Try journaling, there are various ways to do such.
