Sometimes it feels like everything in life goes well when I’m down in the dumps and when I finally get myself to be in a better state of mind something awful happens. Just got in another car accident, it’s my second one this year. I was in a great mood and excited for where I was going then last second right as we arrived it happened and I shut down again. Couldn’t breathe, my back began to spams and my neck as well. I felt like I couldn’t breathe and all I felt was the overwhelming thought of “all I do is screw up!” #tired #CarAccident #Anxiety #Screwup
