Seeing the positive side of my hard weeks, I can say that my creativity and drawings are better than ever and I'm super happy about it.
I'm also happy that they are still colourful/cute and not dark/full of desperation as they were before eheh.
There is always a positive thing to focus on. Even if little. When I find it I anchor myself on that and I don't lose my smile and set of mind for the day. You can struggle but still be able to smile sincerely. I allow myself to do that often recently eheh maybe that's why I'm in the light and more shielded by my intrusive thoughts.

I wish I could've someone like the cat sometimes eheh 🀣😊❀️

I don't really like to be alone. Noone does I think, right?
I'm an introvert, asocial and pretty difficult to get near to, type of person. I have exceptions tho eheh. If sense worthy people (rare), that have a hidden gem in them, I open up and become more comfortable.
I used to love my alone time but to be alone now make me feel empty and scared. Fear is ok. I can manage that but I really hate feeling empty. It make me feel like the last bit of humanity I have is slipping away.
I have few friends here that I absolutely adore but they all live kinda far and I can't meet them often because I don't drive here. People here are really wilde on the road 😨.
Literally: "rules of the road what?? Nahhh. I wanna cause an incident today". At times I think they think that way πŸ˜‚.
I love my friends and they love me too so, when I feel alone, I remind myself that and I feel better. I send a msg to them whenever I miss them too much but I never talk about it XD ahahahahah I just ask how they are, what they are doing or I just send them a random hugs and hearts eheh.

Most of time I'm the cat in the picture πŸ˜… but to be honest sometimes I really wish to just be the dog and have my own cat to just stay with me. But who would I call? Let's be sincere πŸ˜‚πŸ€£ ahahah. They are all busy and I respect that. I know life is never easy for anyone so I text them nice and funny things to make them smile instead of talking about me. Wrong I know (I shouldn't keep things in) but also GOOD because seeing them smile and be the confort they need make me happy eheh. I work weirdly I know ahahahaha but I love my weirdness.
I love myself 😊❀️ and those are some words I never thought I would ever be able to say about myself in the past. LOVE + MYSELF? Me? Hahaha.
Life have interesting turns πŸ˜„πŸ€£πŸ˜Šβ€οΈ.
Kinda curious to see what happens next so I will keep living for now eheh

Feeling heavy and drained? This is one of the techniques I use to get back some energy and calm.

This is a mix between a meditating focus and a technique my psychology taught me in Italy. It requires a bit of concentration and the hot water of a shower.

1) Get in the shower.

2) On the hot water. Let it flow for a bit.

3) Close your eyes and try to focus only on the flow of the water. Picture the water in your mind. Listen to the sound of it. So constant and calming. Feel the warmth of the it on your body. It flow so smoothly and easily right?

4) All the bad staff happened during your day are heavy on you like you are covered in mud and mud can be cleaned away.
Now picture that in your mind and start to use a sponge/cloth with soup and start slowly to clean the "mud" away.
I want you to picture it in your mind. Look all the heavy mud grow tinner and tinner and then disappear totally.

5) Now picture in your mind (keep your eyes closed) the drain and all that mud going down it. Hear the sound of the black water slowly disappearing in the drain until is gone and you can see (in your mind) only clean water. Now close the water.

6) Ok now SLOWLY open your eyes. Allow yourself to feel lighter and see everything around you brighter.

7) Now take a deep breath.
Count to 5 when you INHALE.
Keep it in for 5. Now count to 5 while you EXHALE.

8) Now smile. Get out of the bathroom and dress yourself and go on with your day.

I usually do this in the morning or if I really feel low on energy.
I usually recite my mantras while doing this but you can say prayers or even just do the procedure only. Up to you.
I hope this can be helpful for someone. It works for me eheh 😊❀️

Having a hard day? I feel ya believe me and I just wanted to send you lots of BIG HUGS πŸ€—

These few days were really hard on me. My anxiety, depression and health anxiety are having a party and I'm like the neighbor complaining about the noise XD ahahahahah
I tend to make my struggles more bearable by joking about it but in reality it's hard to even keep my smile. I really need a hug...sigh.
If anyone of you is having a hard time right now I just wanna say:

" I love ya! We can pass these day and the day after and so on. We can do it! You are not alone. I'm sending you lots of hugs and blessings my friends. It will be ok. We are gonna be fine. Cry if you feel to. Take a pillow and punch it. Scream in your room. F....k it if the neighbors hear it. I want you to realise your frustration and after that I want you to take a hot shower and breath slow. You will be ok. You will be safe. Now dress yourself nicely and enjoy something you like.
F.....k everything! Take time for yourself. You deserve it".
