Cool, Creamy Pear & Cinnamon Smoothie

In summer I love drinking smoothies to help keep me cool. One of our favorites starts with vanilla milk (or milk + extract), pear, cinnamon, crushed ice, and the secret ingredient that seems to work wonders in most smoothies: a handful of quick oats for creaminess! It tastes so smooth that I'm sad when it's gone, plus oats add protein, fiber and make it more satisfying.

Raw Banango Spin (Does it look like it has two cups of KALE in it??)😋😋

1/2 frozen banana
2/3 c. frozen blueberries
2 c. fresh kale (or spinach)
1/2 c. frozen mango
Protein powder
1 T. hemp hearts
1 c. filtered water

Blender magic!!!
Ta-Da!!!😀😀😀😀

Citrus Cooler Smoothie

This recipe makes 3 servings.

2 oranges, segmented
1 grapefruit, segmented
1 c. frozen pineapple
1/2 avocado, peeled
1c. filtered water
2t. ground ginger
1 t. ground turmeric

Throw all in a blender and enjoy!
