My tight is very tight, out of hard breathing, I can feel air pressure in my ear.

Anyone else have such debilitating symptoms with anxiety, like upper chest up and down, strange tight sensation in the chest area like bronchioles have spasm, breathless 😴... #Anxiety #breathlessness #Tightchest
