I kept going to the appointments, talking about new meds, and then they just arrived 24 hours later. I took them like a good boy. But suddenly I really looked at my daily meds... 17 daily pills, at least 5 as needed pills, insulin 2 ways, and 1 weekly injection and one injection every 3 months. I'm back to #polypharmacy
