Tonight, I noticed that multiple times,I had imagined things happening around me (hallucinationed them) due to my anxiety and PTSD. For example, shadows out of the corner of my eye (but there wasn’t anything there), hair on the back of my neck (but I have a shaved head), or lights flashing in front of me (but I was in the house with no windows near me). Did this happen to anyone else tonight? Please them me that I’m not alone. #Psychosis #Anxiety #PTSD #4thofjuly
