Abandonement

Hi guys!

I am going through a living hell at the moment. It feels like I'm processing some core and I am terrified of this pain. I've been terrified of this pain my whole life. It's a sharp stab in the heart followed by deep deep devastating shame about my appearance. I'm trying to feel the pain and not the shame as my trauma therapist says, but it's very hard.

It's very painful to be around other people when I'm in this and I just want to hear some me toos and I've been there too maybe?

I need reminding of my humanity right now, because it's all coming to the surface and it's the worst pain I've ever felt. I need to feel it, I know I do. I am terrified of it.
