What do you do to let go of your worries? How do you cope with anxiety and free up your mind? #Anxiety #worry #LetItGo

I have stress and anxiety. I have the normal kind plus more unique stress than most people. I’ve been told this by therapists and doctors as well as other people I know including friends as well as acquaintances. I dream often, always have, good dreams or nightmares but mostly about my day or week or something in the near future. I worry a lot. I stress over things I can or I can not control. I have a hard time letting go of the worries, anxiety and fear. I color to take my mind off of my worries. Sometimes it helps even after I stop coloring or I complete a page. I’m scared

That’s it I’m real scared to fall asleep, I’ve been having these really weird “dreams”

When I was younger I was always in the same burning building watching myself burn to death.

From fires to hanging, or by anaphylactic shock; and now, I wouldn’t say it’s as bad as before, I’m in a dark space.

Almost like a void; and I’m shouting, screaming trying to get someone’s attention. No one hears me

And then I end up in a casket and I heard people over me.

How do you get yourself to take the first steps to get your possible anxiety checked out?

My boyfriend suffers from anxiety and takes medication daily for it. Lately I’ve been having, what feels like a panic attack, my moods are pretty crazy, having nightmares where I walk and talk in my sleep, and I have zero motivation. My bf sat me down and said he had similar symptoms when it started years ago, and that I should go get it checked out. I feel guilty, because I feel like he is struggling with this daily and now I’m just jumping on the bandwagon. I feel like I’m insulting everyone who suffers from anxiety. I can’t feel like “I’m broken”, it scares me to death. #anxiousdreams #Anxiety

How do you shake bad dreams?

I usually don't have many dreams I remember--or bad ones. But last night I had a scary health-related dream that I haven't been able to shake yet. I told a friend the details of it because I thought doing so would help me forget about it. Didn't work! I must have some health anxiety I'm not addressing head-on during the day.
