I have stress and anxiety. I have the normal kind plus more unique stress than most people. I’ve been told this by therapists and doctors as well as other people I know including friends as well as acquaintances. I dream often, always have, good dreams or nightmares but mostly about my day or week or something in the near future. I worry a lot. I stress over things I can or I can not control. I have a hard time letting go of the worries, anxiety and fear. I color to take my mind off of my worries. Sometimes it helps even after I stop coloring or I complete a page.
