Not My Baggage

I just had one of those "ah-ha" moments during a conversation, but this one felt different. I finally FELT like I'm not responsible for fixing my siblings' problems. It was the strangest feeling, not a sudden bolt, but a slow release of pressure. Feels good. Like maybe I'm making progress of my own... #OutOfMyControl #LetItGo #CanICarryYourBags ?

Sleepless nights no more, I am letting it go 🍂

You made me believe I was nothing..which wasn’t a hard thing to do. You took all my insecurities and used them as weapons.

I believed you when you said I was wretched. I became exactly what you said I was, because I was convinced who you said I was was truth.

You made me feel like I deserved it all. You made those I care about believe you were helping me by hurting me.

I believed you, they believed you.

I forgive you, because you were hurting. I will always forgive you, but now, I must let you go.

Letting Go of Toxic People or Things.

When I saw this I immediatly thought that this is true when it comes to letting go of people or things that are ultimately hurting you or hindering your present and future.

Some have toxic relationships, others can't let go of the past. (I have a teensie issue with that.) There is a lot of ways people hold on to whats not good for them.

What do you need to let go of?
What advice would you give someone if you have alrdy been through the difficulties of letting go? 💙
