I am reading this book and this author starts talking about the cape crusader. At first, I was confused, but then he goes on to say how a lot of times we act like Batman. We need to be perfect all of the time because if we're not, that's it, that's the end. We lose the fight to Joker and we die. He then goes on to say how we are NOT Batman. We don't have to be perfect all of the time because the thing we are facing isn't Joker. We are allowed to make mistakes and fail because we are human and every fail brings us a lot closer to achieving our goal. Now, when I feel the pressure of something, I can breathe and say "I'm not Batman" and know that even if I fail I can get up and try again and do it better the next time.

No spoilers :) but as someone who has struggled with mental health it gave such a unique perspective watching the movie today, I thought Joaquin Phoenix did a phenomenal job portraying the character, and gave a lot of light into how the joker became the way he did. #Joker #Movies #Batman
It was super interesting psychologically analyzing or understanding all the things :). I enjoyed it
