Depression is sh#t but I have decided to challenge my depression and myself and took my hand to a little bit of woodturning over the weekend.
I don't say I'm proud of my self often but I am very proud of my 1st ever bowl made out Rhododendron. There are chips and scrapes and I know it is not perfect but I love it 😁
Has anyone else challenged themselves over the past few weeks?

Shinedown - Breaking Inside really sums it up for me when I’m on that downward spiral, sometimes I just am tearful and angry listening to it. 2Pac / Eminem angry songs too. On my recovery/get better phases Shinedown - Black Cadillac, Whitesnake- Here I go again, Lana Del Ray song - Doin’ Time, and Destiny - Zero 7. Would love to hear some other people’s choices. Peace x

This Monday will be my second visit to my new doctor. I have terrible anxiety and depression issues lead on by my several severe autoimmune disorders! We’re trying to ween me off Benz opines due to my use of Fentanyl. In the this process we’re trying new antidepressants that work with panic disorder! I really don’t know if I can do this successfully??!! My first 3 wks has been very hard!
