Another day another #Migraine

So fed up of these #Migraines. Having them so often I'm missing out on important things like seeing mine and my pwrtners family and missing a doctors appointment today 😭. Added a picture I took of a beautiful flower to remind me of the wonders of nature I guess. Trying not to let my physical problems let my mental health spiral.

Friday night/First BIG snowstorm this winter #calm #feelsafe #BeautifulNature #Blizzard #Doglove #peacefulmind

Grateful to be home feeling safe and secure, next to my best friend, my Golden Retriever, Sophia, she’s calm and sweetly snoring 😴 next to me 💕 while our first big snow this winter is falling so beautifully and shimmering, covering everything in a pure white blanket. I’m happy for the peace I feel right now that doesn’t come easy. Going to grab the book I’ve been reading with some hot tea and early to bed...
