Sounds like a silly question. For my hands and feet I can put socks or gloves on. I don’t want to wear a face mask. Ugh. I live in phx az, born and raised. I get cold in the flipping summer.

Recently I started a flare where my arms and legs grow cold and almost feel numb. I have a feeling it's affecting my nervous system right now because my head seems to be harder to hold up and I'm just exhausted beyond belief.
