Hey I hope everyone is doing ok ❤️. Where I’m living we are going through a heat wave. Luckily I have an air conditioner but I noticed that after I went to the store ( I was only outside in the heat for 10 minutes max.) and returned to my room which is very cool thanks to the air conditioner, my body was unable to cool down. It is now 4 hours later and I am still feeling really warm and uncomfortable. Does anyone else experience this? I’m just trying to get as comfortable as I can and hopefully get some sleep and feel better I’m the morning.

Does anyone with POTS have trouble with, or dislike driving? I am usually okay with local driving, but going far is really hard and gives me a lot of anxiety. I get lightheaded and anxious and it is hard for me to stay calm and focused. So frustrated because driving is so important as an adult and to feel like you have independence!

Anyone with POTS still live with their parents? I am 29 and have had pots for 11 years. Haven't been able to move out because I need them and I don't know what I would do without them. I wonder if I depend on them too much, but am terrified how I would manage without them...
