#daily use of crisis meds,#With the covid-19 pandemic I've only been able to #face each day by turning to my extra meds which I'm only supposed to use if I don't feel https://safe.because I've prescribed them for along time sometimes I don't remember to not tick my repeat prescription so there's been a build up of unused meds which I've been using as a way to not have to cope with reality.#I now feel terrible guilt and self hatetred for not being able to cope https://unmedicatad.this post is the first time I've admitted whats happening.#When I've posted things on here before everyone has been kind and understanding but also honest with https://advice.i don't feel desereving of the attention for my selfinflickted situation but please if anyone could help
