The holidays can be such a rough time for a myriad of different reasons, factors, and circumstances.
For me, Christmas is my favorite time of year.
But... I also have to spend much more time with some very toxic people.
And that challenges me so much.
I've made a "Christmas Coping List" on my phone.
And I've asked a Mighty bestie to check in on me and help me remember to use my list - I often forget what's good for me.
Especially when I get caught up in old, toxic family patterns and trauma responses...
So today I am here to remind you to help yourself get through the holidays.
You deserve your own help and support.
