I have had a few times this year where my mind just gets so overwhelmed that I wanna cry. It was in my science class that I felt overwhelmed and I thought I was going to cry so I asked to go to the bathroom then I get there didn’t have to cry anymore. There has been a few more incidents where I didn’t feel like being around a lot of people just because I don’t like to be around a lot of people when I’m overwhelmed.
