Something new
Been struggling a lot lately, new meds have me exhausted. So I decided to treat myself to some new joycons for my switch. Something so small has a huge smile on my face!

What’s on my mind? The #Pokeman is tongue in cheek as I seem to #catchemall I have as hashed endo, fibro, C-PTSD, BPD, anxiety, depression, insomnia/painsomnia and a new wicked fun game of sleep paralysis, and formally medically retired at the ripe old age of 40, 11 months and however many days it is until it’s the 11th of September. But yet, as the photo I’ve put up, I found something beautiful to look at yesterday evening. I’d spent several hours with a friend on Monday and whilst it wasn’t long, I was crippled yesterday and just felt broken. Useless. So damned unhappy and just shattered. I’d limped out to my balcony and caught the most beautiful of sunsets. At that moment I felt that the universe had sent me a ‘pick me up’ and for the first time that day I smiled. So despite my rambling ramble, I just wanted to share something beautiful here.
