My anxiety has hit hard. I am having panic, crying spells, nauseau, confusion, paranoia, pain all over. I take medication. No dice. Any suggestions?

Pity Party
Pity Party tonight. Feeling sorry for myself with how much pain I am in and how much pain I have been in all my life. 10 years of pain starting at 13 and I am so tired of crying myself to sleep. Pain medicine that doesn't and won't work, and a family who doesn't even try to get it. I can't remember how it felt not to be in pain and all I can see is the pain getting worse with time. I don't want to live to a ripe old age if I have to be in pain for that long. How will I manage to be a wife? How will I manage to be a mother? I can't even afford to live on my own let alone pay for things on my wish list.
And all that pain. I am just so tired of how much it hurts.
Please oh PLEASE let me have a good day soon. Or even just a second or two.
