While I suffer with IBS, celaics, and dairy allergy, it's a bit of a struggle to figure out what I can eat.
However, I've just learned that I might not have IBS... What I actually have is SIBO! Woooo. That means I can heal 🙌.
So, if your doctor has suggested IBS based on symptoms, like me, look into SIBO
