I am 7 out of 10. I have battled depression and bipolar2 for over 30 years. A year ago I was diagnosed with RA, Raynaud's and Sjogren's. I also have MS and am now being evaluated for possible Parkinson's. Many days I don't want to go on. But somehow I do. I am lonely and feel useless. It is a battle, an everyday battle.

I was born with asthma and I have depression. Both are in my genetics. It was inevitable. It wasn’t my choice, but I can’t be angry at my parents for it. They didn’t choose this for me either.
It sucks, but I have to live with it and find ways to cope.
