Has anyone had any luck with hearing aids, ALDs, or literally anything else helping them hear and understand people when they're talking?

Being yourself is the best way to live it's not any easier but it's a lot more enjoyable. Being honest won't get you the most friends but it will get you the right friends. Nothing inappropriate with the right people. The right people are the ones that don't mind.
