What do you wish others knew about your life with schizophrenia?

Schizophrenia is a complicated mental health condition; its variety of symptoms and their severity can be difficult to understand, but this doesn’t mean those experiencing them have to feel alone. Maybe you wish others understood that it doesn’t look the same for every single person living with the condition. Or maybe you wish they understood how to support you when you’re experiencing positive symptoms such as delusions or hallucinations.

What do you wish others - whether friends, family, or strangers - knew about living with schizophrenia? Share in the comments below. ⬇️
