Whole Grains
Like so many others, I went through a bread-baking period during Lockdown in 2020. I bought a huge drum of whole wheat flour and made batch after batch of bread, aiming for the highest percentage of whole grain flour I could get while still tasting delicious.
Last night’s oatmeal honey wheat might have been the best attempt so far! It had three cups white whole wheat flour, one cup oats, and one cup white flour, so it was 80% whole grain.
Do you notice a difference in mood when you eat whole grains vs refined? Because I do.
