Mantra and butterflies
Last week when I started to go into a deep dark depression and thought that my life wasn’t living anymore, my best friend (my rock) came up with this mantra for me. Almost every day she makes me recite it. It helps calm me down. The other night, I almost took all my sleep pills, and I repeated this over and over. The butterflies represent endurance, change, hope and life.

For me, there's nothing like receiving a care package with specific items to completely brighten your day, week, or month.
I love Jesus, butterflies and sunflowers. Sugar free chocolate and candy, especially sugar free chocolate with caramel or peanut butter cups or York Peppermint Patties! Anything inspirational items.
