#mantra of the day

Today is a day I really need to keep simple. K.I.S.S.!😲🙄 I need a mantra to keep me focused. “Show up for yourself.” That works! Moment by moment of how can I make the best of this moment? Took a shower, hair, make up😬, tidied up the house, read for an hour(!😲),all done at a very leisurely pace;—basically trying to follow through actions, what ever those are at a given moment, that I know will benefit me.
What’s your Saturday mantra? How are you doing today?

A good #mantra

I made this shirt the other day, because a) I’m a huge Ayn Rand fan (The Fountainhead is one of my all time fave books) and b) I think it’s an empowering quote. I know a lot of people aren’t a fan of the author, but this quote is great, IMO. Maybe someone needs to hear it today. Whatever it is, you CAN do it! Don’t let anyone/anything stop you! Be #Brave ! # #Inspiration #MightyTogether

I’d love some input!

I’m working on an article right now and would love to know... what’s a mantra that you need reminding of sometimes? Could be something specific to you but could also be for any other chronic illness warriors out there.

Example: Never measure your progress by someone else’s ruler!

Thanks for the help y’all!

Just a little something that helps me get through even the most painful flare. Maybe it will help others as well. 💜

My new #mantra #belivinginmyself #iaminchargeofme

I am learning through meditation and saying the 5 #AS that I can and will get better. I have hard days being in pain and coping with life. I do know that I am in a safe place within myself and I am learning where to put up constructive boundaries.

The three words I guess are my current mantra

I have had an exhausting year this year.
My 30th birthday may have never existed thanks lockdown.
I have stayed sober by choice on many occasions I would normally drown myself in rum to numb myself from feeling.
Lockdown gave me a mental breakdown which showed me what I could really be capable of.
But now I have almost finished moving house and while physically fighting with my body day to day something new.
I am obese my bmi 50+ so easily suffering heat exhaustion every other day. But I moved further from work and onto a top floor.
So while I know my body is in agony right now. It will become stronger and build stamina until one day I can walk home without pausing to breath and climbing 4 flights without resting.
Just keep going.
At work I fail this but I am pushing myself beyond my limits. Yes my body fails yes its sort of a mental self harm. But its a healthy one.
My asthma has stopped me for long enough.
My weight has held me back long enough.
My mentality of excuses has held me back long enough.
I say this every time I pause for breath.
And each time I stand and I force the pain and exhaustion to listen to me.
So for today
JUST KEEP GOING. #Depression #PTSD #Transman #exhaustion #obese #suisidal #help #Agoraphobia #WeightLoss #Stamina #mantra

I sometimes wake in the morning and think that the day will be in charge, which will bring on anxiety-----.Whoa, deep breath. The day is yours ..
Each day is an opportunity to care of your whole self. Repeat a mantra that will support your strengths.
Would you like to share how' you start your day ?

#JustAThought #Quotes #mantra #ChronicPain #Anxiety

I saw this on the internet when I was browsing for smart & inspirational sayings that I could save in my album to go to anytime I needed inspiration.
No explanation needed. It speaks for itself.

Today is tough, lowest I've been in a long time but I knew I needed help and saw my GP.
When things get bad I repeat to myself, 'just keep going'.
Does anyone else have a mantra that helps? #mantra #Depression #ChronicIllness
