It’s been a difficult 31 days-exhausting, overwhelming, guilty, depressed, anxious, and scared. 31 days of fighting my addiction-31 days of feeling emotions for the first time-31 days of feeling like a roller coaster: emotionally and physically-31 days of feeling sick on and off. I’m working on my vision board, and it’s been interesting to see the cool scraps I’ve collected over the years. The colors, scenes, and artwork is inspiring to see. It kind of connects me back to my roots, I guess. Any art adventure seems to be so calming to me. 🤔
