White lies or major lies? To avoid confrontation, or so on I don’t typically but sometimes I do and want to work on it, just wanted to know if anyone else struggles with this and anxiety.

Sometimes feel like anyone who is suffering from any type of mental disorder are unique and beyond science (Just a feeling) .If you possess specific type of quality or character then you are normal ( majority ), if not then he/she suffering from loneliness/ depression/....Etc and termed as disease/disorder. It doesn't matter he/she possess special qualities but still she is sick
