In a day filled with rightful rage but horrific violence, it was nice to see this in our yard. We have no idea who put it there. My brother is an EMT and risks his life every shift to help people in need. I’m very proud of him but scared of losing him in this pandemic.
First responders do not get paid enough for the work they do! Some of it is soul crushing to witness but he keeps himself together.
To anyone who is family on the front lines of this pandemic and especially to those who are in it- thank you. I know you might say “I’m just doing my job”, but that requires strength and courage right now. So thank you! And thank you to whomever reminded us that people can show love! #Depression #Anxiety #elhersdanlos #ChronicIllness
