Letting Go of Toxic People or Things.

When I saw this I immediatly thought that this is true when it comes to letting go of people or things that are ultimately hurting you or hindering your present and future.

Some have toxic relationships, others can't let go of the past. (I have a teensie issue with that.) There is a lot of ways people hold on to whats not good for them.

What do you need to let go of?
What advice would you give someone if you have alrdy been through the difficulties of letting go? 💙

All the small things

I’m mid flare up and today has been just about bearable. Although I do feel as though acid has been injected up my urethra, I’ve done quite well and managed to make it through the whole work day. What isn’t bearable are the other stupid #ChronicIllness domino effect pains. I have three ulcers on my tongue. The skin around my nails is peeling and sore. I have scabs all over my scalp which are sore and bleed with the slightest brush through my hair. I constantly feel car sick even though I’m not in a car. I could probably deal with these things without the pain, but in combination my ulcers and nails are making my cry. #LetItOut

#ItsOKMan to let it out when you are sad. I see my husband try to stop the tears & it breaks my heart. He was called a "Sissy" or to "Stop Crying" growing up.
