What is one thing I can say yes or no to today that will establish greater harmony between my inner and outer world?

I am saying yes to listening to the messages my body gives me today. I am noticing where I feel anxiety and where I feel calm. I am reflecting on what actions I can take to support myself better in feeling more calm.

As I lay here realizing that the hydration thing more important than I thought it reminded me that sometimes you don’t hear much from people recovering from childhood trauma. We like to fear and avoid judgment as much as possible. I recently started to feel like I CAN recover from my past. We jumped in the RV to live on the road while my wife does travel therapy gigs. I decided to sell everything we could not take with us, including the house. I even gave my niece my old truck and my best friend my Harley. I just decided suddenly that I can simply stop living the way I was and try something different. I don’t know if it will work but I’m medication free and as of day 4 now I feel less anxious than I have in a long long time. I know it is one day at a time but I do not know what tomorrow brings now. That is exciting! I used to fear tomorrow because I already knew what it was going to be like and I didn’t like it. #Listentoyourself #Recognizefear #CPTSD #PTSD #Anxiety
