Sometimes stress, sadness, fatigue, or so on I just need a little recovery nap šŸ’¤ and I feel much better after. Anyone else need that boost in energy or wellness sometimes? I get so depressed when Iā€™m extra tired idk why, but exercising and trying to be less sedentary etc helps, and when you live in a super rainy and cloudy ā˜ļø šŸŒ§ļø ā˜”ļø whenever the sun ā˜€ļø comes out it helps
