Rank the love languages from 1 (most important to you) to 5 (least important to you).

This week’s theme is all about love languages, Mighties!

We all like to show love and be shown love in different ways. These languages can help us to feel valued, appreciated, and seen in the relationships we build with others (and even ourselves).

Here is a list of what those 5 love languages look like:

🗣️ Words of affirmation: valuing verbal expressions of love, connection, validation, and encouragement

🤝 Acts of service: valuing the idea that "actions speak louder than words," feeling loved when others give a helping hand with thoughtful and selfless gestures.

🫂 Physical touch: Appreciating and valuing consensual physical contact with others

❤️ Quality time: Feeling valued and loved when others set aside time to spend together

🎁 Receiving gifts: Feeling loved with the act of giving and receiving tangible or intangible thoughtful gifts

Which ones are most important for you? Rank them from 1 to 5 in the comments below!

What advice do you have for people who are trying to set better financial boundaries with themselves or others?

Budgeting can be tricky and overwhelming sometimes, especially when you want to set better boundaries and make smarter financial choices. We all have some experience in that area, so no worries — budgeting is one of those things that takes practice!

If you could give someone advice who wants to set better financial boundaries either with themselves or someone else (that latter category is especially tricky), what would it be?

Mighty staffer @sparklywartanks says that setting separate budgets for bills, household items, and personal items/activities helps her to manage her spending the best. Knowing what’s a fixed expense allows her to see in what areas she has more freedom to spend on!

How do you keep track of your spending habits?

Let’s be real Mighties — it’s not always easy keeping track of EVERYTHING you may have to pay for, especially when unexpected circumstances and expenses come rolling through.

It can be super helpful, however, to have an app, tool, or system in place that tracks how much you’re spending and allows you to be on top of your finances.

Are there any apps or tools you use to keep track of how much you spend? What tips would you give to someone who wants to track their spending habits better?
