My mood is most affected by…

Because we are individuals who have emotions, are multifaceted, and have different experiences, our moods can be affected by various things.

Some people may find that their mood is affected by the weather, certain emotional triggers, or the events that are happening around them; while others may find that their mood fluctuates as a symptom of their health condition — maybe even all the above.

What do you think your mood is most affected by?

TRUE or FALSE: I regularly track my moods.

This week’s 52 Small Things challenge is a mood (no really, the theme is "moods"). 🤣

Whether we’re happy, sad, lonely, grateful, depressed, hopeful, or stressed, it can be helpful to record our feelings in order to gauge our emotional well-being over a specific period of time. Tracking our moods can also help with seeing patterns and checking in with ourselves regularly.

But while some may find this technique fulfilling and helpful, others may consider it a chore and would rather take each day as it comes.

What is your preference? Do you track your moods on a regular basis?

✏️ P.S. If you find the above statement to be true, let us know how you track your moods in the comments below. If you're interested (and aren't already aware) we also have a Mighty Mood Tracking group as well! You can find it here: Mighty Mood Tracking

What important factors do you take into consideration when creating a new routine?

When creating a routine that works best for you, your health, and your lifestyle, it’s important to take note of different factors that will impact how effective that routine will be for you.

Mighty staffer @sparklywartanks says the most important factors for her when it comes to creating new and effective routines is always taking into consideration how energy and sleep plays into that routine. Would she need to wake up or go to bed early? How much energy would this routine require to complete every day?

30-Day-Self-Care-Challenge/ Day 29

Day 29: Look at photos of people, places or things you love.

I looked at some photos of the sea and sea life. It was really relaxing and helped my head not be so noisy. I really wish I had an aquarium but they look like so much work.
