So, I want to get more into the things listed above to help with mental health, mainly anxiety. From benefits I have read, there are many things using oils can help with but I would start with for anxiety and sleeping and go from there. If anyone on here can explain their experience to me or knows of a video, article, or book about the topic for me to learn more, share it!

Another aspect is CBD. I recently bought CBD oil to be consumed by putting it under my tongue but realized it would interact poorly with my antidepressants. It has the same warning as the grapefruit where the two should not be combined. HOWEVER, I am wondering if I could still use that CBD oil I have already purchased as an aromatherapy oil without it still having the dangerous interaction aspect? If I were to smell it (either mixed with other essential oils or not) would there even be an effect and would it be safe? Same question for rubbing it on my body, like on my wrist or behind my ear to help with my rapid beard rate? My doctor won’t really talk to me about CBD oil because there is not much data on the topic so I only have the internet. I hope this made sense
