There are so many questions that hospital staff wouldn’t answer about the recovery process. I was left wondering 🤔 and pouring through any information I could find to help myself. I’ve just joined this group, I’m a long term survivor of multiple chronic conditions - #type 1 diabetes, #Fibromyalgia , #IBD , depression/anxiety & just awaiting diagnosis of #CFS & also 8 years clear of #Bowel cancer. I get very low moods especially in winter as I live alone and can go weeks without seeing anyone when it’s dark & cold.
