I colored and was remotely creative for the first time since my diagnosis in March! I’m so happy I’m able to color in this motivational quotes coloring book without making my symptoms worse! Does a coloring book count as a craft in this group? I sure hope so (I’d like to share more pages as I color them)!

Been stressed lately and my fibromyalgia and autoimmune conditions were flaring up. After being tired and sick and just trying to rest the whole time, finally found a new breather.
I don't paint (but I do sketch) and am a beginner; but I am really glad I tried painting. It is such a calming activity 😊💕
And I thank all who have inspired me to paint (especially the Mighty Community).
